Yellow Potato Onion

I have been growing these clumping bulb onions for years. They grow similar to a shallot. They grow ½” – 2” in diameter. They can be spring or fall planted. I have never seen an onion that stores as long as these (close to 1 ½ years) and still be edible. A little work to peel but they are excellent in soups, stews, salsas and salads.
