Our interest in perennial vegetables has intensified over the past few years as we seek to develop a more robust and diverse collection of resilient, low maintenance food crops here on our farm. We currently have 23 distinct species of perennial vegetables growing in beds and periphery areas adjacent to our fields. Some of these are still in a trial phase and others have proven themselves as worthwhile food crops. The majority are not available as seed. I do share divisions and tubers for some with folks in the spring. These are only available at the farm. Please contact me for availability. This is subject to time constraints and weather.
